Webflow Lead & Marketing Operations Manager at GROWTH TURBINE - Canada

What you will do

• Build Webflow landing pages (copy → design → development → QA → launch)
• Create AI-driven videos for ads + landing pages (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, CapCut, etc.)
• Design high-quality ad creatives, graphics, and carousels
• Set up and optimize Meta or LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Manage tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs, events)
• Support email campaigns and outreach flows
• Communicate with clients, present work, and manage revisions
• Keep projects organized and moving without supervision

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on Webflow experience
• Strong visual design + UX skills
• Excellent conversion copywriting for landing pages and ads
• Expert-level AI video creation (must show samples)
• Experience designing and optimizing ad creatives
• Ability to set up + manage Meta/LinkedIn ads
• Strong analytics and tracking knowledge
• Confident communicator, reliable, highly independent
• Available full-time in EST hours
