We have an MVP working end-to-end. We are now bringing in a Frontend Developer to help turn our public presence into something world-class, clean, premium, and conversion-ready.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Webflow Frontend Developer at Locarde.
You will help build and ship the marketing website and landing pages in Webflow with high taste and strong attention to detail. This is a hands-on role where output matters. You’ll work directly with the CEO on structure, design direction, and rapid iteration.
This internship is initially unpaid and will be converted to a paid role once fit is proven through real output and reliability.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain Webflow pages with premium polish and strong visual hierarchy
- Create reusable components: sections, layout blocks, typography styles, and CMS templates
- Improve site UX across devices (mobile/tablet/desktop)
- Implement tasteful interactions and animations (subtle, modern, not gimmicky)
- Optimize performance, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Help create and refine landing pages for specific audiences and use-cases
- Support content updates and site iteration with fast turnaround
Must Have Requirements
- Webflow is a must: strong working ability building real sites
- Great taste: typography, spacing, layout rhythm, and overall visual cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and pride in polished output
- Basic frontend fundamentals
- Ability to work independently with minimal meetings
- Strong written communication and reliability.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience using Webflow CMS properly
- Familiarity with analytics basics
- Experience building landing pages that convert
- Ability to create or source clean visual assets
