Omis Digital is a fast-growing, design-driven digital agency building high-performance websites for influential people and companies across the U.S. We move quickly, obsess over details, and produce work that looks elite and converts.

We’re looking for a Web Designer fluent in Framer, Webflow, or Shopify (you must be highly skilled in at least one). If you love turning strategy into clean, modern, conversion-focused design — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Design polished, high-conversion websites in Framer, Webflow, or Shopify
• Build pages, components, interactions, and responsive layouts
• Translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and copy into pixel-tight, on-brand designs
• Collaborate with our creative team to deliver sites in 2–4 week sprints
• Produce clean, scalable structure — CMS collections, reusable components, global styles
• Create mobile-optimized experiences that load fast and feel premium
• Implement light animations, motion, and micro-interactions
• Work on a mix of personal brand sites, agency sites, e-commerce builds, and high-ticket B2B pages
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients when needed

Who You Are

• You’re highly experienced in one of the following:
• Framer (preferred), Webflow, or Shopify
• You care deeply about design quality and small details
• You think in systems (styles, components, repeatability)
• You understand modern UI — spacing, hierarchy, layout, typography
• You know the difference between “pretty” and “converts”
• You can design fast without sacrificing quality
• You’re comfortable building from scratch or improving existing sites
• You have strong communication and take ownership of outcomes

Nice-to-Haves

• Figma skills for mockups or wireframes
• Experience with SEO fundamentals
• Understanding of brand identity, style guides, and layout systems
• Ability to work U.S. hours or near-overlap
• Prior agency experience is a plus
