UI & Branding Internship at CIELO Agency - Anywhere

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI Design Intern with a strong interest in AI-powered design. This is a 3-month internship focused on learning, building, and supporting real digital projects. You will design clean interfaces, explore AI tools, and help bring brand identities to life across websites, landing pages, and digital assets. This position is unpaid but offers hands-on experience and direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing website layouts, landing pages, mobile UI, and simple dashboards in Figma.

• Work with brand guidelines to create clean, modern interfaces that feel premium and minimal.

• Use AI tools to generate wireframes, layouts, design variations, and creative directions.

• Support senior designers with component creation, visual refinements, and UI polish.

• Help prepare assets for developers and maintain organized Figma files.

• Conduct research on UI trends, UX patterns, and best practices.

• Support brand design tasks such as typography systems, color palettes, and layout consistency.

• Contribute to marketing assets including social graphics, presentations, and simple visuals.

• Learn workflows for launching and scaling brands across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field.

• Strong interest in UI design, web design, and digital aesthetics.

• Basic experience with Figma or similar tools.

• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and excited to learn how they enhance workflows.

• Eye for clean layouts, typography, spacing, and minimal design.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Early experience in web/UI projects or digital branding.

• Familiarity with design systems or component-based design.

• Basic knowledge of motion, prototyping, or simple interactions.

• Curiosity about tech, AI, and modern creative workflows.
