Email Marketing Specialist at Acuity Knowledge Partners - Sri Lanka
About the Role
Join Acuity Knowledge Partners as a mid-level email marketing specialist within our Sri Lanka team to design and execute high-impact campaigns for a diverse agency client portfolio. You will own end-to-end email programs that drive engagement and measurable ROI while collaborating with client strategists, designers, and analytics teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on campaign management, optimization expertise, and clear client communication to support business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop, schedule, and execute multi-segment email campaigns and automated journeys across multiple client accounts.
- You will create and optimize email templates using HTML/CSS best practices while collaborating with designers to ensure brand consistency and accessibility.
- You will build and maintain audience segmentation, suppression lists, and personalization strategies to improve relevance and engagement.
- You will design and run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and translate insights into iterative campaign improvements.
- You will manage deliverability, IP reputation, and compliance with data privacy regulations to maintain high inbox placement rates.
- You will maintain accurate campaign calendars, produce client-ready reports, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- You have at least three years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably with agency or multi-client exposure.
- You have practical experience with enterprise ESPs such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and comfortable configuring automation flows.
- You have working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, and you can troubleshoot rendering issues across major clients and devices.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience using campaign metrics and analytics tools to measure engagement, deliverability, and conversion performance.
- You have excellent written communication and client-facing skills, with proven ability to present results and recommendations clearly.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working in an agency environment supporting multiple clients and deadlines is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL or querying tools to extract and transform audience data will be an advantage.
- Professional certifications in email marketing, deliverability, or marketing automation are a plus.
