Webflow Developer | UX/UI & No-Code at Avenidas - Anywhere

About the Role

Avenidas is looking for a mid-level Webflow Developer with strong UX/UI sensibilities and no-code expertise to deliver polished, responsive websites for agency clients. You will translate design concepts into performant Webflow builds, collaborate closely with designers and project managers, and help scale our component-driven design system. This contract role supports a variety of client projects and aims to raise quality and speed across our delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Figma and UX specifications into fully responsive, production-ready Webflow sites while preserving design intent and interaction fidelity.
• Develop and maintain a reusable component library in Webflow to accelerate development and ensure visual consistency across projects.
• Implement CMS structures, dynamic content, and client editable templates while ensuring performance and accessibility best practices.
• Write clean custom HTML/CSS and JavaScript when necessary to extend Webflow functionality or integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA to scope work, estimate tasks, and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Provide clear documentation, perform site testing, and support client handovers and post-launch optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience building production websites in Webflow for client projects or an agency environment.
• Strong UX/UI judgment with proven ability to reproduce complex layouts and interactions from design files accurately.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with practical experience applying custom code inside Webflow when required.
• Experience creating and managing CMS-driven sites, responsive breakpoints, and cross-browser testing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working remotely with distributed teams and clients.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience integrating Webflow with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Memberstack for user flows and data synchronization.
• Familiarity with Webflow E-commerce, headless CMS approaches, or static-site export workflows.
• Background in motion design or interaction animation, such as Lottie or advanced Webflow interactions, to enhance user engagement.
