Role overview

We’re hiring a Webflow Developer to build, optimize, and maintain production-grade sites. You’ll own Webflow builds end-to-end component systems, CMS architecture, interactions, performance, QA, and collaborate with design, SEO/AEO, and engineering to ship reliably.

What you’ll own

• Build production Webflow sites: pages, templates, dynamic CMS collections, custom code embeds
• Create robust component libraries and naming conventions (Client-First/Relume, Lumos or similar)
• Craft polished interactions and animations with performance in mind
• Partner with design to implement Figma precisely; flag edge cases and propose alternatives
• Integrate third-party tools (Clerk/Supabase, analytics, forms, attribution, scheduling, chat, etc.)
• Maintain site performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and SEO fundamentals (schema, meta, IA, internal linking)
• Ship with quality: QA checklists, cross-browser/device testing, defect tracking and fixes
• Document builds: structure, CMS, conventions, playbooks; create reusable SOPs

Nice to have

• Design experience
• Experience with Webflow Enterprise features and larger-scale CMS architectures
• Light JavaScript for custom logic and component enhancements
• Familiarity with AEO-friendly content structure (clear definitions, comparisons, proofs)
• Comfort working with APIs for forms, lead capture, and data sync
• Understanding of privacy/compliance (GDPR, cookies, consent)

Required experience

• 2+ years building production Webflow sites (portfolio required)
• Strong CMS architecture and component systems
• Proven ability to translate Figma accurately in Webflow
• Solid grasp of performance, accessibility, and technical SEO basics
