Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Webflow Developer. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow. Daily tasks include creating custom web designs, implementing interactive features, optimizing web performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The Webflow Developer will also work closely with teams to customize and enhance client websites according to project requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow, including CMS architecture, interactions, animations, and component-based builds
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement custom code when Webflow’s native tools fall short
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and translating high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
• Experience with Relume, Zapier, and Make.com, including building automated workflows, Webflow logic connections, and API-based integrations
• Skilled in identifying and debugging layout issues, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser inconsistencies
• Confident working with cross-functional teams and explaining technical decisions clearly to non-technical clients
• Strong project management habits, with the ability to handle multiple builds, version control, and tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Figma for working with design assets and translating UI files into live builds
• Experience working in a digital agency or supporting enterprise-level clients is highly beneficial
