QuickCare is a workforce technology platform supporting childcare services across Australia. We connect early learning centres with qualified educators through a scalable, compliance-led digital platform. Our technology powers compliance and workforce operations, enabling centres and educators to focus on delivering high-quality care. We are looking for someone with great English speaking skills and technical skills to support our web presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance QuickCare’s web applications and digital platforms. 
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible web pages. 
• Build reusable Webflow components and ensure consistent front-end architecture. 
• Integrate webforms with backend APIs and services like CRM/lead gen/interactive portals 
• Optimise application performance, speed, and reliability. 
• Identify and fix bugs, perform debugging, and ensure smooth system functionality. 
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver features on time. 
• Ensure code quality through best practices, documentation, and version control. 
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices. 
• Contribute ideas for improvements in user experience, functionality, and efficiency. 

Required Technical Web Development Skills (Essential)

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript 
• Experience building or maintaining websites in Webflow for more than 3 years 
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development 
• Implementing designs and components from Figma 
• Ability to integrate with RESTful APIs / common CRM/marketing platforms 
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug and optimise web applications 

Desirable Skills (Highly Valued)

• Experience working in SaaS or high-growth startup environments 
• Understanding of security best practices in web development 
• Experience in automating workflows with make.com / zaiper / n8n 
• Developed custom Webflow templates  
• Experience with React.js
