Webflow Designer Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Webflow Designer to join a software solutions company. As a Webflow Designer, you will develop, build, and maintain high-performing, visually compelling websites. This role blends UI/UX design, Webflow development, and front-end best practices to deliver seamless digital experiences that align with brand and business goals.
This is a fully remote position, but you must currently reside in AL, DC, FL, GA, IN, NC, MA, MD, MO, MS, OH, OK, TN, TX or VA. Applicants residing in other states will not be considered.
Webflow Designer Responsibilities:
- Design modern, user-centric website layouts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new pages and site enhancements.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all devices and browsers.
- Optimize user journeys, navigation, and page flow to improve engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain websites using Webflow, including CMS collections, dynamic pages, and interactions.
- Translate designs into clean, scalable Webflow builds with consistent class structures.
- Implement animations and micro-interactions that enhance UX without sacrificing performance.
- Maintain site structure, symbols, and components for long-term scalability.
- Optimize site speed, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility (WCAG best practices).
- Conduct routine site audits and proactively fix issues related to performance or usability.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute and launch.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Communicate technical constraints and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Webflow Designer Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in in UI/UX and Webflow design.
- Proven experience designing and developing websites in Webflow.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and animations.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
