About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team at MEDL Mobile. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, end-to-end user experiences across web platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications that meet client specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will stay current with the latest web development trends and best practices, contribute to code reviews, and share feedback to continuously improve our products. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web programming
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with strong development skills
• Experience with PHP, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of building web applications, security protocols, and session management
• Experience working with relational databases and object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience using network diagnostic and analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for learning new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to develop comprehensive web solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
• Implement security measures and session management to protect web applications
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and incorporate best practices
• Participate in planning and estimation sessions within Agile workflows
• Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Maintain documentation related to development processes and technical specifications
