Web Designer (WordPress / Theme-Based Systems)
Our client is a fast-growing, fully remote digital platform company that builds and manages large-scale, system-driven websites for property and real estate clients across multiple markets.
They specialize in scalable website rollouts, prioritizing consistency, structure, accessibility, and operational efficiency over one-off creative builds. Their internal tools and workflows support dozens of live sites, making reliability and process-driven execution critical to success.
This role supports high-volume website production within a clearly defined design system and theme framework.
The Role
We are seeking a Web Designer who enjoys working within established design systems and WordPress theme builders. Rather than starting from scratch, you will apply strong UI judgment to execute, maintain, and scale high-quality websites efficiently.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, production-ready websites that meet brand, usability, and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch websites using WordPress with a theme-based visual builder (YooTheme or similar)
- Execute theme-driven website rollouts at scale
- Adapt layouts and components to meet specific client needs while maintaining consistency
- Manage and update content, media, and site settings within internal platforms
- Apply UI/UX best practices (spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility)
- Make light HTML/CSS adjustments as needed
- Optimize images and visual assets for web performance
- Perform QA to ensure design consistency and standards compliance
- Support ongoing site updates and refinements post-launch
- Collaborate with designers, CX teams, and stakeholders in a remote environment
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience building websites using WordPress visual builders
- Experience with YooTheme or similar tools (Elementor, Divi, etc.)
- Strong understanding of UI design fundamentals
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Experience using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow structured processes and design systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, property, or multifamily marketing
- Experience working in theme-based or system-driven environments

Contract & Compensation (Important – Please Read Carefully)
This position is NOT a permanent employment contract (not local employment status).
The role is offered under a Service Contract / Independent Contractor agreement, applicable for ASEAN talents.
Key points:
- This is a full-time role with fixed working hours and daily responsibilities
- (❌ not part-time, ❌ freelance, ❌ project-based)
- Monthly compensation is fixed and paid every month
- The company does not provide employee benefits, including but not limited to:
- Social security / BPJS
- THR / bonuses mandated by local labor law
- Tax deductions or filings
- Candidates are fully responsible for managing their own:
- Taxes
- Social security contributions (e.g., BPJS or local equivalent)
- The company will still provide standard leave entitlement, as outlined in the service agreement
- Legally, the candidate works full-time for the client but is engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee under local labor law
