Role Overview

We are looking for a UI Manager (React.js) to lead the front-end team responsible for building

intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for our security analytics platform. This role combines hands-on

React development with people leadership, UI architecture, and close collaboration with product and

backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing React/UI engineering team.
• Drive UI architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

Technical & Product Execution

• Own end-to-end development of front-end features in React.js and TypeScript.
• Work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to translate requirements into clean UI workflows.
• Build scalable, re-usable UI components and design systems.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness.
• Ensure compatibility and seamless user experience across browsers and devices.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with product managers on roadmap planning and UI strategy.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, intuitive designs.
• Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and project timelines effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of front-end engineering experience, with deep expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing UI/front-end teams.
• Strong understanding of modern UI frameworks, component architecture, and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
• Experience building dashboards, data-heavy UIs, or enterprise web applications (bonus for security/SaaS platforms).
• Excellent communication and team-leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Plotly, etc.).
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture.
• Exposure to backend systems, APIs, and DevOps workflows.
• Cybersecurity or SIEM domain knowledge.
