In this dynamic remote role, you will blend creative design expertise with analytical insights to train and refine AI systems, shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, evaluate, and optimize intuitive user interfaces and user journeys for AI-driven applications.
• Conduct user research to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centric design principles into AI training workflows.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback using data-driven methodologies to inform iterative design improvements.
• Create compelling visual assets and documentation to support AI training and development processes.
• Train and refine AI models by providing expert UI/UX input and validating outputs for usability and accuracy.
• Communicate design decisions effectively through exceptional written and verbal skills, ensuring alignment across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI and UX design, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
• Expertise in visual design principles, tools, and best practices.
