About the Opportunity:
The organization develops software solutions to modernize insurance claims processing for large insurers. This team builds digital tools for claim filing, fraud detection, and decision-making, aiming to replace manual processes with efficient, technology-driven systems. The Staff Creative Frontend Developer role focuses on building high-performing, interactive web experiences that combine technical excellence with creative design.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and leadership to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant front-end solutions.
• Build interactive experiences and landing pages to communicate product stories.
• Implement dynamic animations and 3D effects.
• Develop scalable, modular UI systems.
• Prototype and iterate on new techniques, tools, and frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Contribute to a culture of technical and creative excellence.
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide a portfolio, GitHub, or examples to demonstrate creative and technical abilities.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, GSAP, Three.js, and Lottie.
• Familiarity with Sanity or other headless CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong skills in interaction design, animation, and motion.
• Experience transforming Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Understanding of performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and frameworks for faster development.
• Independence in planning, prioritizing, and executing projects.
• Bonus: Experience mentoring developers or guiding design-implementation standards.
