We are a UK-based web software company specialising in eCommerce and retail integrations. Our distributed team of developers and marketers works across Sri Lanka and Europe, delivering scalable digital solutions to global clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven SEO / SMM Specialist to join our expanding digital marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies across multiple websites.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Manage and grow social media presence across channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
• Create, schedule, and optimise engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, and SEO PowerSuite.
• Collaborate with the content, development, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and social media best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media marketing (either in-house or at an agency).
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and link-building techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as SEO PowerSuite, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or other social media scheduling platforms.
• Strong written and editing skills in English.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, retail, or SaaS industries.
