We ship fast, modular, high-fidelity Webflow and frontend builds that blend creative design with strong technical execution. Our work spans component systems, animation-heavy experiences, and full greenfield product sites.
We’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer who can work part-time with us on advanced builds, animations, and production-level development.
What You’ll Do
- Build high-quality Webflow projects from Figma with pixel accuracy
- Develop scalable component systems, CMS structures, and modular layouts
- Implement GSAP, Lottie, and advanced Webflow interactions for complex animations
- Collaborate with design and hybrid dev-design partners to bring concepts to life
- Optimize site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Refactor existing builds to improve structure, performance, and maintainability
- Communicate clearly in async environments and take ownership of deliverables
- Work with agency partners on overflow dev tasks and rapid-turnaround builds
- Debug issues and provide technical solutions proactively
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of Webflow development experience
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, Collections, Logic, and Variables
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom solutions
- Experience with GSAP (bonus: ScrollTrigger, Lenis, Swiper)
- Ability to work from high-fidelity Figma designs
- Can independently take full pages or full site sections from start to finish
- Solid communication and autonomy
- A portfolio showcasing complex interactive Webflow builds
Bonus Skills
- Framer or Frontend dev experience
- Experience with Finsweet Attributes, Client-First or Lumos naming
- Experience with API integrations or using Make
- Ability to build reusable components and systemized layouts
- Any animation, motion, or 3D experience
