We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead/ Senior Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our Front-End application framework using modern web technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create modular, scalable, and robust solutions that integrate seamlessly with our Back-End systems.

As a Technical Lead/ Senior Technical Lead, you will be part of an agile team working to transform how we develop electronic health record. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create modular, scalable, and robust solutions that integrate seamlessly with our backend-for-frontend framework and APIs.

Requirements

• 07+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context, and performance optimization techniques.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid experience with frontend architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query), and component-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with modern build tools — Vite, Webpack, or similar.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS) and design systems.
• Experience with other popular frameworks and libraries such as Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of REST APIs, and Backend for Frontend design pattern.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think broadly about how solutions fit into the overall architecture and long-term goals.
• Communicates fluently in both spoken and written English.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience with testing frameworks —Vitest, React Testing Library, or Jest
• Understanding of Docker and container-based deployments.
• Experience building Web Components and familiarity with standards like Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML Templates.
• Hands-on experience with the Lit framework (LitElement, reactive properties, templating).
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures or frontend monorepos.
• Knowledge of frontend observability (e.g., monitoring, logging, performance tracing).
• Prior experience in UI/UX collaboration or working with design systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban, as we practice agile methodologies
