HubSpot Integration Specialist 4Cast Agency Anywhere

About the Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Zapier, native HubSpot custom-coded actions and custom API workflows. You’ll be joining a high-performing team at 4CAST, where we build custom CRM and automation infrastructure for healthcare organizations, like hospitals, dental groups, surgical practices, and med spas. Your job is to make the platforms talk to each other, cleanly and reliably.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect and implement integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems like Salesforce, , Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and more.
• Build, test, and maintain multi-step Zaps with conditional logic and webhook support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues—quickly and confidently.
• Support delivery by collaborating closely with HubSpot strategists, data specialists, & developers.
• Document workflows, data mappings, and integration logic in ClickUp and internal wikis.
• Assist with QA, post-launch support, and change orders as needed.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years working with HubSpot integrations as a project lead, back-end or full stack DEV
• 2+ years building Webhooks using Operations Hub, Zapier, or other services provider
• Strong experience with APIs (REST), JSON payloads, and authentication protocols
• Working knowledge of CRMs and marketing automation platforms (especially in healthcare)
• Comfort with tools like Postman, Make (Integromat), and HubSpot’s custom code actions

Bonus Points

• Experience with healthcare integrations or HIPAA-adjacent environments
• Familiarity with HubSpot Operations Hub custom code actions
• Ability to write or edit JavaScript or Python snippets
• HubSpot certifications (esp. CMS for Developers, Operations Software)
