Responsibilities

• Build, and maintain websites using WordPress, Builder.io and other CMS platforms.
• Customize website templates and themes to meet client needs.
• Implement responsive and accessible design best practices.
• Work with a team of content creators, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive web experiences.
• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve layout or functionality issues.
• Stay current with web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications/Skills

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, web design, digital media, computer science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience building websites with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript preferred.
• Experience with AI is a plus.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and color balance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
