Role Description

We are not looking for a regular frontend developer. We are looking for a creator. A person who can take an idea, a messy workflow or a rough sketch and turn it into a premium, motion rich, Dribbble level interface and then bring it to life in production.

You will own the user experience from start to finish. Not in theory. In reality.

Your work will not sit in Figma. You will build it. Ship it. Improve it. Fast.

You will work directly with the founders and the developers, shaping products from zero to delivery. This is a startup. There is no phrase that says "this is not my job". If that scares you, do not apply. If that excites you, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build user interfaces that feel premium, modern and alive.
• Implement smooth scrolling, clean transitions and micro interactions that feel natural.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, GPT, Claude and v0 to speed up development and improve quality.
• Turn rough ideas into prototypes and then into real, production ready UI.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure designs work cleanly in code.
• Adapt fast. Our clients span more than twenty industries across logistics, ecommerce, real estate, fintech, pharma and 20+ others.
• Improve branding, visual consistency and design quality across every project.
• Constantly raise the bar for what good UI means inside the company.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in frontend development or UI and UX product work
• Strong sense of design, motion and interaction, including smooth scrolling, transitions and animations
• Ability to turn Dribbble and Awwwards level designs into real UI
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GPT, Claude or v0
• Basic understanding of responsive design and frontend logic
• Located in a commutable distance to Sofia or anywhere in Bulgaria
• Bonus: Proficiency in Figma is a plus
• Bonus: the ability to understand how businesses work fast is a plus.
