Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Webflow designer to support ongoing website development and optimization projects. This contract role will focus on enhancing user experience, implementing design improvements, and ensuring seamless CMS integration for our content publishing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build responsive pages and components in Webflow. Optimize existing site structure for improved user experience and conversion. Implement CMS collections and dynamic content systems. Ensure consistent brand application across all site elements. Support integration with third-party tools (Clay, social media platforms, email marketing systems). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Maintain site performance and page load optimization.

Required Experience

3+ years of professional Webflow design and development experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional B2B website design. Proficiency in Webflow CMS, interactions, and responsive design. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with API integrations and automation tools. Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with content-heavy publishing platforms. Familiarity with newsletter or media business models. Background in financial services, B2B, or professional services design.

Project Details

This is a contract engagement with potential for ongoing work based on project needs. Initial scope includes website optimization, template development, and CMS workflow improvements.
